With 30 years of experience in construction management, Venkataramanan Krishnan heads the Unity Consultants and Contractors team with his zeal and quest for quality. Having been involved in a large township project designed by the legendary Architect & Town Planner Charles Correa while in Titan Industries, Venkataramanan has worked in around 500 store construction across India, Malaysia and Singapore.

A specialist construction management professional, Sagar Talukdar comes with rich experience in retail and construction sector. Having completed his masters in construction Management in Nottingham Trent University., Sagar embarked on his professional career as a project engineer at Barista Coffee Company and having gained immense knowledge and expertise in project management, value management, Health And Safety working with top-notch retail companies he  is today with unity Consultants And Contractors as a member of the core management team.

MBA graduate from a premier institute and has immense experience in business development and operations management. Has contributed to the growth. Has contributed to the growth of Unity and has very strong capabilities in commercial and operations management aspects of projects. He is part of the core management team and been with Unity for the last 4 years.
